when tired the brain stores negative emotions more than positive ones, and you react more negatively and pessimistic towards things, more fear, and more depression... with the lack of sleep your brain reaches a cyaa bodda mode. and this makes you sad.

Tired brain cannot drive motor skills so u fail.
I.e. lack of focus and motor skills, and if ur really exhausted those lil 5 second naps where ur head drops back can cause some trouble.
